A Stay in the Drôme full of colour

“A trip around the world” is a fun orienteering course that takes you on a journey of discovery through the woods of Upie.
The aim is to cross 8 countries, all represented by large white rocks. Each country has its own questions, riddles and enigmas to solve before setting off for the next!
It’s a great way to have fun!

The Briefing

You’ll need a briefing to learn how to use your compass, the key element of your tour!
We’ll also explain how to identify the different stages you’ll have to go through, and you’ll discover the various objects that will help you progress.
Then it’s up to you: put the mapworld puzzle together to find your way to the first country to discover!
Be sure to read the instructions on the back of the map, and orientate your compass.

How the game unfolds

Each piece of the puzzle represents the country you are looking for. On the back, you’ll read the orientation instructions: at each crossroads, read the next instruction, change direction, until you find the white rock with the corresponding symbol!
Then take your roadbook and turn to the country page for the riddles to solve. Don’t hesitate to use the equipment in your bag to help you! After a moment’s thought and observation, record your answers in your passport.
Take the map of the next country, and continue your world tour!

The end of the game

Once you’ve found the 8 white rocks, explored the surrounding area, searched your memory and used your common sense, you’ll have reached your goal. You’ve completed your journey! Now it’s time to return to Valsoyo and check your answers!

Preparation: We recommend that you bring suitable footwear, water and weather-appropriate clothing (hat, scarf, etc.).

Discover new sensations with recumbent bikes, these 3-wheeled bikes with a tilting seat! The special thing about this pedal go-kart is that you drive it using your body. Pedal go-karts come in a range of sizes. Accessible to all, young and old!

To reach the Totem de Valsoyo and fly over the lake for a moment, you’ll have to try your hand at a zip line, followed by suspension bridges and finally a monkey bridge. Just a few more steps, securely attached to the lifeline, before you take to the skies and feel a sense of freedom!
Back on earth, we’re sending you underground! Explore the animal cave!

This activity is accessible to people at least 1m40 tall.

Keep your eyes wide open! With the laser rifle firmly on your shoulder, aim for the bull’s-eye! Then grab your blowpipe, take a deep breath and blow the dart into the heart of the target!

Balance and precision are the keys to success! In the park or indoors!

Get on board a raft, a boat or even a mayak and take to the water!

Spend a relaxing, fun-filled moment on the water!

Whether you play as a team or on your own, Footgolf is a friendly game that’s accessible to everyone!
In Footgolf, as in golf, you choose your starting block according to your estimated level: white, yellow or blue, so you can compete with someone of a higher level and benefit from an advantage on the distance to the hole.

How do you play Footgolf?

It’s very simple: you spot the flag with the hole you want to hit, position yourself behind the pegs chosen according to your level, and shoot in the direction of the flag.
Then it’s your opponent’s turn! We take it in turns to kick the ball until, as in golf, it disappears into the hole at the foot of the flag.
The number of strokes it takes to reach the flag is recorded on the scoreboard.
Then you move on to the next flag. At the end of the 9 or 18 holes, the score is tallied… and the winner is the player with the fewest strokes!
