We are open all year round, so please contact us to book a room, a room or an activity.
Hotel
What time can I collect my room keys?
Rooms are available from 4pm.
What time do I have to vacate my room?
Rooms must be vacated by 11am.
What should I do if I arrive after 8pm?
Please let us know and we will pass on the information to you.
Are towels provided?
Bed linen and towels are provided.
Do the flats have a shower or bath?
The flats are equipped with showers.
Are the flats equipped with crockery?
The flats’ kitchen areas are equipped with crockery and cutlery.
Can I bring a pet?
Yes, it is only possible to bring a pet to the unusual cabins in the park. An additional fee will be charged. However, it is not possible to bring pets inside the hotel or the themed flats.
Where can I dine?
We can prepare meal trays with a choice of starter, main course and dessert.

If I hire out the room, do you charge a corkage fee?
We do not charge any corkage fees.
Do I have to clean up when I vacate the room?
We ask for a basic sweep, but a thorough clean is included in the rental price.
Can I settle in the evening before my party?
The contract times include installation time.
What is the volume limit in the room?
The volume is electronically limited to 95 decibels.
What time do I have to finish the evening in the room?
The evening is due to finish at 4am.
Are fireworks, lantern or balloon releases authorised?
No fireworks or releases of any kind are permitted on the estate.
